Laura McGuire is chief executive officer and co-founder of SmartTracks. Laura is a successful entrepreneur, having founded three other businesses in the demand generation and marketing automation industry. Laura is an internationally-recognized expert in database marketing and is often found speaking at industry and association meetings and conventions in the US and abroad. Laura is on several boards of directors and consults on new-technology marketing both in the U.S. and Europe.

Jeffry Ziegler is chief operating officer and co-founder of SmartTracks. He has established two other nationally-recognized businesses in the database marketing and marketing automation industry. With over 25 years of experience, Jeff has a unique ability to translate the needs of the marketer into systematic processes. This ability stems from his diverse background in engineering, information systems, product strategy and market research. Jeff is an avid cyclist and a certified bike mechanic.

Rob Amerine is vice president of business development and co-founder of SmartTracks. His background in aerospace engineering coupled with a master’s degree in IT management enables him to design user-friendly technology for marketing content creation, management and delivery. Randy Hodges is vice president of product management and co-founder of SmartTracks where he is responsible for driving the development of customized business and web-based solutions. Randy has 20 years of experience in software programming and design. His background includes the successful development of innovative, automated marketing solutions. In his spare time, Randy coaches competitive and high school baseball.

Dave Talbot is vice president of sales and marketing of SmartTracks where he develops and executes marketing and sales initiatives. With over 22 years of experience, Dave has managed all aspects of a marketing department and sales organization including strategic and tactical planning of advertising, public relations, marketing communications, Internet programs, product development, sales process definition, prospect qualification, and outbound/inbound sales generation. Dave enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, backpacking, skiing and boating with family and friends.

Michael Burwell is vice president of vertical marketing where he manages industry-specific sales initiatives and serves to support SmartTracks' team of vertical market managers. With 15 years of marketing experience, Michael specializes in strategic program planning and client services and has developed and managed some of the most integrated and successful marketing programs in the B2B world. An Echo Award recipient from the DMA, he is also an ordained pastor who loves to write music and play his guitar. He has a professional recording studio on his property in Colorado Springs.
