Creating Tracks

A track is a series of touches to a specified audience. Within the tool, for each touch you easily set up:

How you will communicate (email, postcard, letter, custom mailer);
On what day the contact will receive the communication (number of days/weeks/months after the previous touch or a specific calendar date);
What the communication is (your creative, message and offer loaded into the system).

You may send any combination of email and mailer, and you can quickly repurpose any series of touches and edit those communications to suit your needs.
